Money's Worth

A blonde was at the doctor's for a checkup.  She was given a 
stack of forms to fill out, relating to her medical history.
On the top of the forms it said:  "Check your past diseases
and ailments."

Pausing for a moment to think this over, she finally came to a 
decision and filled out the forms.  She returned them to the nurse
who took a quick look and then said in surprise, "Wait a minute, 
you've checked off everything, every disease!  Surely this can't
be correct."

Responded the blonde, "Well, I just thought I might as well get
my money's worth!"
