Fish Story There once was this avid fisherman, Bob, who loved fishing along a river in a plush, well forested valley. One day, Bob felt a small tug on his line, and carefully reeling it in, he realised that there was a small salmon on the end, and adolescent if you will. Not having caught anything yet that day, he thought, 'Screw the size restrictions' and pulled it up out of the water, and onto the boat. About to toss the fish into his basket, he was suddenly halted by a small piping voice coming from the fish. "Don't eat me," the fish cried. Bob was understandably surprised at this turn of events, but, taking it in stride, he asked why he shouldn't, and anyway, who was this stange fish? "My name is Rusty, and I promise that if you don't eat me now, I will come back to this same spot in 2 years time, when I'm fully grown and I'll let you catch me. See, I want to see the world first." Bob pondered this, and feeling that the novelty of a talking fish was sufficient enough reward for the day, he agreed, made Rusty swear on his mother's name to return in two years, and let him go. Two years later, Bob is fishing in that same spot, having completely forgotten the conversation with Rusty two years ago. Suddenly there is an enormous tug on the line, practically pulling Bob into the water. With much effort, Bob is able to pull the largest salmon he's ever seen out of the water. It all comes back to him. "Rusty!" He exclaimed, "is that really you?" "You bet, how've you been Bob?" "Great. I didn't think you'd come back. How was 'the world'?" "Fantastic," the fish replied, "I travelled all the seas of the world. Actually, I spent most of the time swimming around this huge ship wreck. It was magnificent. It was inspiring. In fact, I wrote a book about it." Bob was stunned. "What's it called?" The fish replied: "the Titanic Verses by Salmon Rusty!"
